We are currently seeking a Circulation Delivery Coordinator to play a vital role in ensuring the timely and professional delivery of our print products across multiple counties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee newspaper delivery contractors, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.

• Manage route schedules and resolve any delivery issues that may arise.

• Ensure quality standards are met in all delivery areas.

• Assist with onboarding, paperwork, and maintaining communication with delivery contractors.

• Manage supplies, drop locations, and coordinate vendor restocks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Dependable with strong time management skills.

• Ability to drive and lift up to 40 lbs.

• Comfortable navigating multiple communities within the coverage area.

• Strong communication and logistical coordination skills.

• Newspaper or delivery experience is a plus.
