What You'll Do:

  • Develop & Sell: Work with businesses to craft powerful advertising solutions across print, digital, and multi-channel marketing platforms.

  • Build Relationships: Connect with local business owners, marketing professionals, and decision-makers to understand their goals and needs.

  • Drive Revenue: Sell advertising packages across multiple platforms, including newspapers, magazines, websites, and social media.

  • Create Impactful Campaigns: Collaborate with our creative team to develop eye-catching, results-driven ads.

  • Utilize Data & Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, use market research to drive decisions, and leverage analytics to optimize campaigns.

  • Make Outbound Sales Calls (Inside Sales Role): Engage with businesses over the phone, uncover needs, and pitch compelling advertising solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Sales Skills: Experience in advertising, digital marketing, media sales, or B2B sales is preferred.

  • A Go-Getter Attitude: You love setting goals, exceeding expectations, and seeing your clients succeed.

  • Digital & Print Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of online advertising (Google Ads, social media, SEO) and/or print marketing is a plus.

  • Excellent Communication: Ability to craft persuasive sales pitches and build strong relationships with clients.

  • Self-Motivated & Organized: Ability to manage your own sales pipeline and work independently.

  • Goal-Oriented: Determined to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • This role requires meeting with advertisers daily, maintaining a professional appearance, and having reliable transportation to visit clients. How do you typically plan your day to ensure you stay organized, meet appointments on time, and present yourself professionally in every interaction?

  • In sales, hitting targets is essential. Can you give an example of a time when you set a challenging goal for yourself—whether in sales or another role—and walk me through how you achieved (or exceeded) it? What strategies did you use, and what did you learn from the experience?

  • Based on your experience and work style, how many businesses do you think you could realistically visit in a day while maintaining a high level of professionalism and effectiveness? How would you structure your day to maximize efficiency?
