Business Development Associate Job Description: Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to customers and the sales team by assisting with customer reports, analysis, and issue resolution.
- Proactively manage relationships with our top-tier customers, including overseeing retail (MABD) shipments.
- Collaborate with new customers, service centers, and corporate departments to successfully onboard or implement new clients.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create reports, presentations, and manage data.
- Work closely with and support our sales team to meet customer needs and business goals.
- Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills to help streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Job requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (required)
