Accident Intake Coordinator

We're looking for a detail-oriented Accident Intake Coordinator to provide essential support by managing our internal accident phone line. You'll play a critical role by answering calls, documenting incidents, and processing each case with both urgency and professionalism.
About the Position: Shift: Monday - Friday; 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to calls on our internal accident phone line.
- Take initial vehicle incident reports, documenting all details accurately.
- Set up claims and complete necessary steps based on the severity of the incident.
- Train to handle level one claims, ensuring they are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Use data and video from the Smart Drive device to aid in investigations and ensure accurate reporting.

Job requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in one of the following fields: auto insurance, law enforcement, or legal excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
