JOB OBJECTIVE The Director of Development is responsible for creating a collaborative team-based approach to effectively managing all private sector fundraising for WCTE. The Director of Development implements and manages all fundraising activities including annual giving, endowment and capital campaign, corporate underwriting, grant writing, and specific fund-raising events.
