Job Description:Education: •High school diploma or G.E.D. required •Bilingual a plus but not requiredWork Experiences: •1+ year of related work experience •6+ months of supervisory experience preferred •Knowledge of distribution functions and production standards preferredSkills: •Must have a “Safety First” mentality •MS office, with Intermediate experience in Excel and other warehouse management system software •Effective listening, speaking and writing communication skills •Interpersonal skills

Team member is responsible for meeting or exceeding accuracy expectations and productivity minimums as directed by Operations management.Operates safety sensitive and heavy equipment such as, but not limited to, forklifts, tuggers, pallet jacks, and flatbed carts in a safe and effective manner to minimize the risk of injury, or property damage.Responsible for the assembly of crates /containers and preparing materials for transport by palletizing, wrapping, loading, and moving.Operates scanners to prepares

The Distribution Center Team Member is responsible for a variety of distribution center duties to ensure the accurate and safe shipment of goods to and from the customer. Through this important work, the Distribution Center Team Member Provides support to the distribution center in order to achieve customer service, associate engagement, profitability goals and Academy’s Purpose.
