About Us
Our Mission: to restore lives to wholeness- mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. We provide spiritually informed counseling to individuals, couples, and families.
We’re here for you. Insight offers quality and compassionate mental health counseling services in person and via telehealth. Telehealth allows you to speak to a therapist in your home through a video conferencing application. Our therapists are available to help with anxiety, depression, grief & loss, trauma, and relationship issues, among others, or to assist you in processing the rapidly unfolding current events. When you reach out to schedule an appointment, our Intake Practitioners will guide you through the process of connecting with a therapist, step by step.
