About Us
Heart of the Cumberland is a Christ-centered ministry that provides grief peer support groups for children, teens, and adults, and no cost to the participants. Various focus groups are offered for different loss situations. Groups meet for 11-week sessions in the spring and fall, with informal groups meeting over the summer and during Christmas holidays.
