Happy Haven Christian Home is a faith-based organization sponsored by the churches of Christ and supported by other caring individuals. We provide a loving, structured environment for girls in need, rooted in Christian values. As we grow to serve more girls, we are urgently seeking compassionate individuals or couples to join our mission.

Position Overview

We are in need of Relief House Parents to serve as weekend caretakers for our home. This role is ideal for a married couple (Mom & Dad) or a Mom who is passionate about mentoring and providing a nurturing, Christian environment for girls.

Position Options:

1. Live Out Option: Live in your own home during the week and work weekends at Happy Haven.
2. Live In Option: Reside full-time in House 1 and work weekends at Happy Haven.

Who Should Apply

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, structured, and loving environment during weekends.
• Serve as positive Christian role models for the girls.
• Assist with daily routines, including meals, activities, and devotions.
• Foster spiritual growth and life skills development.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to Christian principles.
• Ability to serve as a mentor and positive influence for young girls.
• Team-oriented, patient, and nurturing demeanor.

Preferred:

• Experience in caregiving, mentoring, or working with children.
• Familiarity with the values and practices of the churches of Christ.
