We are a well-established company in Cookeville with over 40 years in the housing industry, including subsidiaries in construction and property management. We’re seeking an experienced, high-energy individual to lead our marketing efforts, with a focus on social media strategy and engagement.

Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
    Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, and Instagram.
    Create engaging content to drive traffic and increase follower engagement.
    Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
    Track and analyze social media performance to optimize campaigns and report on metrics.
    Coordinate print, broadcast, and online marketing efforts.
    Strengthen brand identity across all media channels.
    Curate and schedule social media posts, stories, and campaigns.
    Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
    Photograph homes and properties for social media and marketing materials.
    Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.

Qualifications:
Education:
    High school or equivalent preferred
Experience:
    Social Media Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
    Digital Marketing: 1 year (Preferred) 
    Experience: Canva: Marketing: 2 years (Required)
    3+ years of marketing experience required.
    Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
    Experience with paid advertising on social media.
    Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications is a plus but not required.
    Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva with 2 years experience (Required), and Microsoft Office with 2 years experience (Required).
    Photography skills and ability to manage marketing budgets.
    Familiarity with content management and CRM systems is a plus.

Job Type:
    Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday
    Expected hours: 40 per week
    Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
