Pay: $9.00/ hr. to start increasing to $10.00/hr. after a successful 30 day review, plus a share of tips. Team members have been averaging an additional $2-$5/hr. in tips during our slow season. Summer is coming!

About the Role: You'll be part of a two-person kitchen and counter team preparing made-to-order sandwiches, soups, sides and desserts. While your primary focus is kitchen prep and food production, you'll also step up to the counter to take orders and serve soda shop favorites. No two days are exactly alike, and we love it that way.

Schedule Requirement: We need people who can commit to a consistent schedule. Pleas read these requirements carefully before applying:
- Minimum of 3-4 shifts per week approximately 20-28 hours); can be full-time for the right candidate.
- Must be available for evening shifts (until 9:00 PM).
- Must be available at least one day per weekend (Saturday or Sunday).
- Must be available t begin within one week being hired.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare menu items, sandwiches, soups, sides, and desserts, using provided recipes and proper equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all county health and food standards.
- Assist at the front counter scooping ice cream, making sodas, milkshakes, coffees, and other favorties.
- Provide friendly. attentive service to every customer who walks through the door.

Pay & Growth:
- Starting pay $9.00/hr.
- Increase to $10.00/hr. following a successful 30-day performance review.
- Additional raise opportunity at 90 days based on performance.
- Shared tips averaging $2-$5/hr. additional compensations in tips (slow season, summer is coming).
