Cumberland Cleaning Company is looking for Full-Time and Part-Time dependable team members who are detail-oriented to join our janitorial division.
Your job is to ensure cleanliness inside our client’s facilities. You will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for staff and visitors to the facility. This position works independently and under limited supervision.

Physical and Working Conditions

• Must be at least 18-years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be able to work “2nd Shift” which is typically between 5pm and 9pm.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and pull or carry objects over 25 pounds on a frequent basis and up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.

Essential Functions
Performing routine cleaning of commercial and residential spaces including but not limited to sweeping, dusting, dust mopping, damp mopping, vacuuming, removing trash, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, polishing outside area within 10 feet of entryways, washing windows, cleaning of desks/walls/ furniture/ doors/ entry glass/ interior glass/counter tops/chalkboards/ whiteboards/blinds and light fixtures, and any other duties as directed by custodial supervisor or his/her designated representative.

Job Requirements

•  Knowledge of cleaning procedures and the safe use of cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as needed. • Team focused approach requiring ability to work with others and take direction.
• Maintain reliable and regular physical onsite attendance.
• Adhere to the CCC Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct and Standards of Behavior Policy. Shift Time Shift time will vary depending upon the account you are assigned to. Most of the work assignments are scheduled and performed between 5pm and 10pm Monday through Friday. We also have daytime hours available as well as weekend opportunities if that works better for your schedule.

Pay
$13.00 - $18.00 per hour.
