Job Description: Keeps office, assembly and shop buildings in clean and orderly condition.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums shop, assembly, office and team storage space
• Empties trash and garbage containers
• Maintains building performing minor or routine repairs
• Assists in general shop and assembly building clean ups
• Assists in town errands
• Assists in landfill and scrap metal removal

JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: High School

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to floor
• Exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally
• Exert 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently
• Exert 5 to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects

VISUAL ACUITY: Normal vision and accommodation

HEARING ABILITY: Normal

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• High noise levels from operation machines
• Physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts
• Breathing fumes, dust and mist
• Skin exposure to oil and fluids

MISCELLANEOUS JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Communication skills in a team environment
• Other job related instructions as required

• Valid drivers license
