Product innovation, design for manufacturability and technical customer service.

Requirements

• 2-year technical degree
• BS Engineering a plus.
• AutoCAD or Solid Works.
• Read blueprints .

Responsibilities
Design and optimize manufacturing processes using SolidWorks and AutoCAD to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project scheduling and ensure timely delivery of products. Utilize lean manufacturing principles to enhance workflow and productivity within the facility. Provide mechanical knowledge and support for tooling, fabrication, and assembly line operations.
