• We are looking to hire an AWESOME, motivated Bilingual Staffing Specialist to add to our team in Cookeville. As a Staffing Specialist, you will be working with a team of recruiters to place talent and help grow sales from clients and prospects.
• This is a FULL-TIME, in-office position.

Main duties

• Include but are not limited to- Create job postings on platforms such as Indeed, Facebook and our online website.
• Calling applicants and scheduling interviews for qualified candidates.
• Completing detailed interviews and all necessary paperwork for the onboarding process.
• Using various computer programs and applications.
• MUST have great phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Experience is NOT required but preferred. This is a great position for someone looking to start a new career!
