Main Branch Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00PM

Compensation: $16.00 -$ 20.00/hourly (Depending on Experience).

We're looking for a proactive and organized Facilities Specialist 1 to keep our offices running smoothly. In this role, you'll manage office supplies, mailroom operations, and assist with light maintenance at the Main branch and across multiple locations as needed. If you enjoy problem-solving, being organized, and working with people at all levels, this position is for you!

What You'll Do: With a dedication to a member centric approach
• Oversee mailroom operations and ensure timely delivery of internal and external mail.
• Maintain office equipment and ensure a safe, clean, and functional workspace.
• Process work orders and helpdesk requests, resolving issues quickly.
• Act as liaison with outside contractors for specialized repairs.
• Manage inventory of office supplies and deliver to branch locations.
• Travel to Tennessee branches (including East TN twice monthly) for maintenance and supply delivery.
• Replenish snack and drink machines at the Main office.
• Transport repossessed vehicles and assist with minor maintenance.
• Support emergency preparedness planning.
• Perform light building maintenance as needed

• Proactive, independent, and detail oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working in a non-smoking environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (annual MVR check required).

Education and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of similar experience required.
• Ability to make sound judgments and establish credibility.

Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks such as standing, bending, and climbing.
• Comfortable driving company and personal vehicles as needed.
