Skin Deep is celebrating its Grand Re-Launch under new ownership. Building on the impressive 15-year legacy established by Stephenie and Dr. Michael Pippin, new owner and Tennessee native Leah Carpenter is proud to introduce a refreshed space featuring advanced technology, new treatments, and an expanded team. To mark this exciting new chapter, Skin Deep invites the community to its Glow-vember Open House on November 13 from 2–6 PM, featuring exclusive promotions, giveaways, live demonstrations, and refreshments. We will kick off the event with a ribbon cutting at 1:00 PM. Stop by to check out the new space and learn more!
