Join us in celebrating Skin + Aesthetics' first anniversary! S+A was born from a vision by owner Blakelee Paige Smith to deliver top-notch aesthetic dermatology to the Upper Cumberland. From a dream in 2019 to reality in 2023, S+A proudly opened its doors in Cookeville's Premier Medical Park. S+A is hosting an open house party to celebrate and kicking things off with a ribbon cutting. Let's come together to congratulate the owner on a successful first year in business and wish her luck for many more to come!

Located in the Premier Medical Park in the south building with Tennessee Orthopedic Alliance. To get to the clinic, enter into the double doors and take the elevator to the second floor. They are the last door before the stairwell to your left!
