Ribbon Cutting: Putnam Maintenance University

Join us for the ribbon cutting and grand opening of Putnam Maintenance University, a state-recognized trade apprenticeship program dedicated to building the next generation of skilled tradespeople!

While Putnam Maintenance brings a comprehensive, one-stop service solution to homeowners, businesses, and property managers across the region, this grand opening marks a massive step forward for local workforce development. Backed by over 25 years of local experience rooted in Putnam Properties, our mission is to combat the skilled labor shortage by providing a direct, paid pathway into high-demand careers.

Through Putnam Maintenance University, we are directly developing local expertise with structured, hands-on training in HVAC, Plumbing, Appliance Repair and General Maintenance services.

Come celebrate this exciting new addition to our community and welcome Putnam Maintenance and PMU to Cookeville.
