MHC Cookeville has relocated to an 8,000 square foot building conveniently situated right off Willow Avenue. While the address has changed, everything else remains the same, including their unwavering commitment to the individuals and families they serve.

Their team offers therapy and psychiatry, medication management, care coordination, help with basic needs, and home visits, providing the most levels of care in the region so that no matter where your journey begins, you are never alone.
