The redesign draws inspiration from the original Chili's first built in 1975, bringing the restaurant's vintage feel to life through throwback decor and neon lighting throughout the space. Bold neon lights out front are sure to attract guests from far and wide, and fresh landscaping by Bays Maintenance gives the exterior a polished finishing touch. Step inside and the iconic Chili's Margarita bar sign sets the tone for what this location is known for.

This Chili's has been a part of the Cookeville community since 1996, and this remodel is as much a celebration of the people behind it as it is the new space. Managing Partner Derek Bennett is deeply grateful for a wonderful team who has ranked in the top 20% of the Chili's brand for eight consecutive years and continue to set record sales, none of which would have been possible without them.
