Description

In partnership with Tammy Key of Key Learning and Development, the Chamber is hosting a training titled "My Stomach's in Knots!" Preparing for a Difficult Conversation. 

Each participant will receive a copy of Difficult Conversations by The Harvard Negotiation Project. The book is given out at the training and included in the cost. 

By the end of this workshop you will be able to: 

• Identity a difficult conversation you need to have 
• Decide what you really want in the relationship
• Differentiate between facts and stories 
• Determine how you might be contributing to the tense situation 
• Create a plan for your difficult conversation
