Chapter 1: Invest in Yourself 101 with Dr. M. Dianne Murphy and Coach Kim Rosamond

Dr. M. Dianne Murphy - Dr. murphy is a TN Tech alumna who served as Athletics Director at the University of Denver and Columbia University, where Columbia won 30 Ivy League titles, including a national fencing title. In 2016, she became a senior partner at The PICTOR Group, a consulting firm for intercollegiate athletics.
Coach Kim Rosamond - Coach Rosamond has transformed Tennessee Tech women's basketball, leading the team to an Ohio Valley Conference championship and their first NCAA Tournament win in over 30 years. Under her leadership, the program has flourished both on and off the court, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and community support. Rosamond's commitment to building a lasting legacy continues to elevate the program to new heights.

Jolie Wheaton - Jolie has a background in personal styling, floral design, and Pilates instruction. Her new business focuses on personal shopping, color and style analysis, closet editing, and creating capsule wardrobes. Jolie is passionate about helping clients discover their unique style for special events and seasonal updates, bringing her keen eye for beauty and design to every aspect of her work.
Chapter 3: Shifting Your Mindset with Jennifer Greene and Tiffany Anton

Jennifer Greene - Jennifer holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Tennessee. With over 20 years of experience in business management and non-profit ministry leadership, she has offered compassionate support in various community settings. Earlier this year, she founded Aligned Insights, providing trauma-informed, holistic approaches to foster transformational growth.
Tiffany Anton - Tiffany is the Vice President of The Biz Foundry, a nonprofit entrepreneur development center and coworking space, and the founder of Powered By Her, a community dedicated to inspiring entrepreneurial women. Since joining The Biz Foundry in 2017, Tiffany has led numerous initiatives, including launching a regional magazine featuring local entrepreneurs and organizing events to support small businesses. Through Powered By Her, she continues to foster a supportive community for women to share their stories and empower each other in business and leadership.

Amber Flynn-Jared - Amber is the broker and team leader at The Real Estate Collective, a boutique brokerage in Cookeville, TN. After transitioning from being a stay-at-home mom to full-time real estate in 2013, she quickly established herself as a top performer, personally selling over 100 homes per year in a small town of 35,000 people. Amber founded The Jared Group, which closed over 500 deals in 2021, and is known for delivering five-star service while making a positive impact in the community.
Chapter 5: Building Your Inner Circle with Buffy Key, Hannah Davis, and Ashli Randolph

Buffy Key - Buffy is the CEO of Cookeville Regional Medical Center and brings over 32 years of healthcare experience, beginning as a medical laboratory scientist at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She holds a bachelor's degree in medical technology from East Tennessee State University and a master's in healthcare management from Vanderbilt. Key has served in various leadership roles, including lab director at CRMC and administrative director at Vanderbilt, where she oversaw 27 departments. Promoted to COO of CRMC in 2021, and later named CEO in July 2023.
Hannah Davis - Hannah is the Marketing and Communications Director at Cookeville Regional Medical Center and co-owner of Verticle Coffee with her husband, Justin. With over ten years of experience in marketing and public relations, she is an award-winning communicator dedicated to strategic communications and creative problem-solving. Hannah is passionate about building communities around brands and executing impactful projects and events from the ground up. A proud mother of four, she balances her professional pursuits with a heartfelt commitment to fostering relationships and helping others.
Ashli Randolph - Ashli is a 2013 graduate of Frontier Nursing University, holding a Master’s Degree in Midwifery, and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from East Tennessee State University in 2009. Throughout her nursing career, she has cared for patients in various settings, including emergency, medical, surgical, rehabilitation, and intensive care, but her true passion lies in women’s healthcare and obstetrics. Since becoming a midwife, Ashli has dedicated herself to supporting mothers and families in the birthing process. A long-time resident of Sparta, TN, she lives on her family farm with her husband and four children.
Chapter 6: Preventing Burnout with Andrea Burckhard and Dr. Helen Hunt

Andrea Burckhard - Andrea is a financial strategist with over 14 years of experience helping clients prepare for life’s unexpected challenges. After her husband’s stroke, she gained personal insight into the importance of financial planning, which she now uses to support families in the Cookeville community and Upper Cumberland region. Combining her international business background with the resources of New York Life, Andrea is dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals through innovative strategies and strong personal relationships.
Dr. Helen Hunt - Dr. Helen Hunt specializes in early American literature, focusing on early American and nineteenth-century fiction. Her research interests include gender and sexuality studies, queer theory, and feminist theory, and she teaches courses on early American women's writing, material culture, life writing, and embodiment. Dr. Hunt's scholarship has been published in esteemed journals such as Legacy: A Journal of American Women Writers, Early American Literature, and J19: The Journal of Nineteenth-Century Americanists, with support from prestigious fellowships including the Library Company of Philadelphia and the Mellon Foundation.
