This workshop is a two-day course focused on helping business leaders increase productivity by utilizing Artificial Intelligence. The workshop will focus specifically on Conversational AI topics utilizing Large Language Models like ChatGPT. Participants receive an introduction to the building block of AI, Natural Language Processing (NPL) and data ethics. They also receive hands-on experience utilizing and fine tuning their own LLM solution of an AI enabled customer service chatbot which they can easily extend with voice and VOIP etc.
