DESCRIPTION:CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) is having a volunteer training starting Aug. 8th. Training will be for 8 weeks every Tuesday from 9 am - 12 pm. Advocates will train to be able to advocate for children in the court system. It is a 30-hr. training\, 2-hour court sit\, and will end by being sworn in by the judge for that county\, before advocating for the children on your own.
