Backed by over 25 years of local experience rooted in Putnam Properties, our mission is to combat the skilled labor shortage by providing a direct, paid pathway into high-demand careers.
 

Through Putnam Maintenance University, we are directly developing local expertise with structured, hands-on training in HVAC, Plumbing, Appliance Repair and General Maintenance services.
